Hi.
So, my Japanese level is decent, I guess. I can keep a conversation, read up to N3 level, and have pretty good listening. I know that this is not nearly enough, but I do wanna be a bit more confident in the language by the time I finish highschool and while I know that trying to go abroad for few months is gonna be though as hell and mostly studying, forcing myself to study is kindoff the point.
Right now I'm a junior, this semestre is coming to an end, for me to do next semestre… 無理だな? It would be awesome but I know things don't happen that quickly. I'm unsure as to how the logistics would play out as well seeing as they manage the year as a tri-semestral one… could I go in January and then start next year's semestre in April? Also worried it'll push me a year back in my schooling back at home.
I'm Mexican, so all the American programs propably don't apply to me. It's been on my mind for a while, but it feels so daunting to try and look up good options or try to message specific highschools directly…
I know that there's a chance I won't even pass the entrance exams for anywhere, but I would never forgive myself if I didn't try.
Thanks for everyone's considerations.
