Bussing Schedule along Onna to Nago

Hi! So I’m in one of the resorts between Onna and Nago and was wondering whether I should pop into Onna.

I’m not familiar with the bus system and only ever ridden the bus in Hiroshima but there are two systems? The Airport Limousine and the Local bus.

Are they like similar where you enter from the rear, and scan your suica (my concierge said they accept Suica).

Would love a bit of insight how to travel between the towns.
