Me and my partner are residing in Europe at the moment. Have a 1 year old baby in common.
We thought of getting married here but the process is going to take more than 1 year .
This means we are expending all our savings for longer than expected.
If I prepare all the documentation ahead and go to Japan to get married there, would it be ready in 3 months (the max time as a tourist) ?
As a mother of a japanese citizen is there any legal way to stay in Japan while the process of getting married finishes and I get the spouse visa?
I know i could get into a language school, but we want to save up in costs . He's not finding a job in my country and even if he did, the renting situation is crazy.
