When do you think the red leaves will peak this year?

Temperatures have been warmer than normal this year so seems like we may have a delay from the usual peak of late November.

For those of you that live in Kyoto a number of years when do you feel red leaves will peak this season?

My guess is 1st to 2nd week of December.
