Does anyone know how to send cash to another bank account without having a bank account yourself?

My MUFG bank account got locked and I lost my original stamp so I’m in the process of changing my stamp in order to unlock my bank account. Right now, I really need to send money to someone. Does anyone know how to send physical cash to another bank account?
