I will be staying in Osaka for a 1-year project. I am looking for a furnished and bills-included apartment close to the Chuo Line subway. I am currently staying in Chuo Ward, which is a nice neighborhood, but I definitely don't know how to rent an apartment. Does anyone have any information on how I can do this?
