Hi everybody, my future wife is from Osaka and we would like to do some very small ceremony (no food, music or decorations) just with the closets family so less than 10 persons. Do you know any place in Osaka or near they do this stuff and you don't need to pay crazy amounts of money, some temple or public building… we currently don't live in japan…

Osaka is not like Las Vegas where you can get married 24/7. File marraige at the city hall but then again you are both not a resident so … you cannot. Probably.
Marriage is big business in Japan. I’m not sure what kind of ceremony you are describing. Even with “just a temple” it’s a matter of renting clothes and paying for the priest.
Sounds like what you want is to just rent a private room in a restaurant and have a nice evening with close family.
