So I recently reinstalled windows, and now I can't figure out how to set my keyboard shortcuts the way I had them before. Before, I would use win+space to cycle to japanese, and it would automatically start converting romaji to hiragana. from here, I could hit caps lock and it would just switch to english (within the japanese ime) and stop converting. If I wanted to actually turn on caps lock, I would hit shift+caps.
Now, I have to use shift, alt, and control caps lock to switch between english, hiragana, and katakana conversion, which is awkward and annoying, and just hitting caps lock actually turns on caps lock for the pre-converted romaji, which is completely useless. I can't find any way to change these settings back, nowhere online even acknowledges that these shortcuts are possible. Does anyone know more about this?
