I’ll be in Osaka 31st of October. My buddy from Tohoku will arrive in Osaka midnight. We want to walk around Dotonbori together and check out everyone dressing up. Considering Halloween night is on a Thursday, I was wondering if there would still be a lot of people hanging out after midnight?
