What should I reply to my Japanese tutor when they say well done/compliment me?

On my lessons, whenever I get something right or do well, etc. the tutor will compliment me/say well done/say "いいです!"

I've obviously defaulted to ありがとう(/ございます)or sometimes just laughing and not saying anything because I'm naturally shy!
Are there any more options for me that would seem a little more natural? Something like a humble "いいえ、いいえ" maybe?
