Decided to go down memory lane a bit and rewatch some of my favorite NJPW shows since I have started watching, and damn, I forgot how good this event really was last year.
The rise of J5G, Mone v AZM v Hazuki, ZSJ vs Shota for the TV title (look where they are now), Aussie Open winning the tag titles from Bishamon in dramatic fashion, Two of the best Jrs in Hiromu & Robbie Eagles duking it out for the Junior title, and SANADA dethroning one of his biggest shadows in Okada.
Just all around a feel good event that was enjoyable to watch on this quiet Saturday. And if you’re a newer fan, I suggest you go and check this one out too.
