There’s a guy driving around the centre of Osaka right now (Sunday, 1;30-3:00pm so far) with a megaphone, and a Japanese flag hanging from the back. There’s a couple of men walking around nearby carrying flags too. – I don’t speak a word of Japanese, but I was just wondering what their message is about? No one seems to be phased by it, so I assume it might be a common occurrence?
