hi! going to okinawa next march and was looking to rent a car. i found orix rent a car through the tabirai website and found it pretty cheap compared to other rent a cars but i couldn’t add the option for an ETC card for both the japanese and english website.
1) anybody knows why &
2) is an ETC card really necessary for driving in okinawa &
3) how do you get it if the car rental doesn’t provide?
4) i heard you can pay in cash but is it much more cheaper if i get an ETC card?
