I'm staying in Namba and was woken by an emergency vehicle sounding a siren and making announcements. I went downstairs and some people were casually strolling past the vehicle and the police of firemen was standing guard on the street but seemed calm. Any idea what this was? Should I be aware of something? Thank you.
