Fellow UK resident here (thought I’d drop that which explains by itself one of the reasons I want to move lol). I want to move to Japan in the next few years. I’m aiming to save between £10k-£15k to make the move. (Just so I’m comfortable enough knowing there’s an emergency stash available, plus I want to live in Tokyo so I know things will be more expensive).
I currently work in a marketing firm and will hopefully have two-three years worth of work experience by the time I move. Additionally I am taking the n5 test in a few months and hope to be at least n3 standard before we leave.
I’ve heard going into teaching for a bit is the best way to get into the country (job prospect wise). But I’d love to continue my marketing career in Japan.
Any advice?
