The Velocities are openly saying they want to stay in New Japan, even before the tournament on social media they have made a lot of posts telling this is their dream. But we all know being in New Japan say joining a faction.
When you break down all possibilities, they are not much options.
LIJ, HoT, Bullet Club are obvious not possible. Hontai, United Empire and TMDK already have their high profile tag junior.
The last option is CHAOS, and despite I think CHAOS is dead and should be disband, I think the Velocities fit pretty well, remaining the International aspect of the faction.
