Requesting Tips as an Indian Student wanting to get a CS job in Japan as a Fresher

I(21M) am a student in a university in India pursuing Computer Science Engineering. Just cleared my N5 level Japanese certification (JLPT)and i am currently nearing the end of my Sophomore year(2nd year out of 4). I am hoping ill be able to clear N2 by the time i reach 4th year in order to apply for jobs. I just want to know a few things-

• Is there a recruitment season for fresh graduates in Japan (If yes, what would be the best mode and time to apply)?
• Can i apply in my 4th year for a job or do i have to wait for my graduation to apply?
• Will clearing N1 give me an advantage before applying or would i be fine with N2 and come to Japan to further complete N1 level Japanese?
• What jobs will i be eligible for as a CS graduate as a fresher and a foreigner?
• Do i need any other certifications other than JLPT before applying?
• Do i have to apply for my work Visa on my own or will my employer help me with it?
• What is the average salary i should expect if I'm offered a job (so that i know I'm not being exploited)?
