Is there a subreddit specifically for people hired as full teachers in Japan rather than ALTs?

It feels a lot of the time like this sub is essentially for ALTs and other people coming in through companies rather than people hired on directly as full teachers based on teaching qualifications. Would be more interested in finding a space specifically for people working as full teachers, generally with MAs in education and similar fields
