Will my language school reject me for having ADHD after tuition payment

Hello, I have already completed the tuition payment at my language school and am expected to arrive in April. My doctor is giving me my ADHD diagnosis test this month, and I'm aware that certain medications are illegal in Japan so I'll make sure I'm in compliance with the law on that.

I am using gogonihon for the process, and asked my coordinator a question for ADHD documentation and what I need my doctor to fill out. She informed me that she will need to tell my school about my diagnosis if I get it, and I would likely need to conduct an interview with the school about it, and provide a doctors note saying I can live and work in Japan on my own. I am worried that my language school may reject me, but it seems unlikely due to how far into the process I am. She informed me that she will not tell the school before I get diagnosed, only after.

I saw a post somwhere not too long ago, about a school rejecting someone for having autism(?) And I don't want that to be me. I am capable of working/living/schooling in japan without any accomodations, but I would like to be medicated because I do have to try harder to be at the same level as everyone else, not that I'm not capable or willing to do that though. I am aware I'm not diagnosed yet, but I am 99% sure I have it, all my teachers agreed, it was just my mom holding me back. Now that I am 19, I can get it on my own, but I'm scared it will interfere with me going to Japan.

TLDR: Will my japanese language school reject my application if I disclose my ADHD diagnosis after the tution payment?
