Hi All,
I need to go to the consulate next week so my 4 year old can renew his passport and he and my wife need to appear in person.
I booked a family appointment but there was only space to write my details. I tried calling but apparently it's email only now.
Has anyone done this recently? Will they let all of us in or do they need to register somehow?
