I just finished submitting my JET application and have been reading and watching videos about other people's applications and interviews etc. My question is, does anyone know what chance I have if I have about none of the experience with living abroad, the language, or teaching?
I might be overreacting but just about every success story I see the person had some substantial experience with one of those three categories and I'm over here with no teaching, still learning the hiragana and katakana, and never having had the chance or opportunity to travel to other countries let alone go to school there or something. If anyone has seemed as unqualified as this but got in please say something to give me some amount of hope beyond I'm trying my best. 🙃
