I got a message from the program that my self report of medical conditions didn't match my Statement of Physician, and that I had to get a new statement to match the self report, but my new physician won't write anything that he's not currently seeing me for. I realized after they sent the message that I wasn't supposed to actually put everything like the application said, and that I only had to self report what I'm currently being treated for. I messaged them back explaining that my doctor wouldn't change it, but that I'm not currently being treated for those conditions and haven't been in over a year. Are they more than likely going to accept that and strike those conditions from my self report, or will I be disqualified for the discrepancy since I can't get my doctor to list those conditions in a new report and I can't get a statement from my old doctor?
I know this may seem like a stupid question, but I'm nervous about being disqualified right off the bat over this.
