Hi,
I’ve just moved to Osaka. I live on the ninth floor of a building located in the middle of the city. For the past 2 days, I’ve felt the building sway a little, several times, each time a few seconds long.
My assumption was: earthquakes (obviously).
However, I couldn’t find records of them on earthquake trackers websites. Maybe earthquakes so little aren’t even recorded?
Any insight?
