I’m moving from Fukuoka to Kyoto for work. I’ll be working near Kamikatsura station but I’ve been thinking of looking for apartment around Sain or Nishikyogoku station. I just want to ask if it’s doable to go to work by bicycle with that distance everyday? Also does it snow hard there in winter? thanks
