Hi, asking per subject title cause Im wondering if I've been subject to fraud.
Context, I've ordered from Hobby Genki, allegedly based in Osaka, a few times with no issue. One of my order in 2023 was apparently sent to the wrong recipient, purely due to their negligence, and they will have to cancel.
It's been more than a month since correspondence with them when they agreed to process refund. But they have not done so and is ghosting all my messages now.
Any way to report fraud on them?
