Planning on moving in the future: Hospital question

Without getting into the details I am in the early stages of planning and preparing to move to the country, but first I'll be visiting it either some time late this year, or early next year to get a feel for the area. I am a 34 year old male who has had the heart that was transplanted in me for 34 years and 3 months (36 days old at time of transplant). Recently I was also given a stint due to unfortunately running into the first stage of heart failure as of just under 5 months ago. This means that I'll always want to be within an hour to an hour and a half most to the nearest GOOD hospital, and obviously the better their cardiology department is the better it is for me. This move will most likely happen in the next 1.5 years to 2 years so getting any information on this topic is incredibly important early on.

There's a ton of resources out on the net that I've read at one point or another, but some I can't replicate, but nothing that I've seen that can provide current information or at least multiple sources to confirm it. I am aware that places like the NCVC , NCCC, Keio University Hospital, Osaka University and others like them are high on the list from what I have read and need. I am currently only able to speak English but have been spending my time this year, and will continue to spend as much time as possible until I travel to learn as much Japanese writing, reading, and speaking as I can to be as prepared as I can be for my trip and future questions. For reference I don't plan on living in a city, but most likely outside of one so I have quick access to what I need for my routine checkups. Tokyo is off of the table due to personal reasons.

So my question is this for those that are able to answer: For those of you that require cardiovascular checkups or are employees of these hospitals, what experiences do you have and what hospitals? What are ones that you recommend and do not recommend based off of your experiences?

Thank you!
