Hair colorist Osaka – English friendly?

Hi all, I'll be in Osaka soon. Does anyone have or can recommend a foreigner-friendly hair colorist in Osaka City? I want to do some grey balayage/grey blending to embrace my grey hair. 🩶 Not sure if this is popular or a thing in Osaka. I've started to look but I don't see grey blending but rather normal hair dyeing.
