Hey everyone, I know these kinds of posts appear here often but I thought I could give it a go as well to get some guidance.
I am 26 years old, from Spain. I have had the chance to live in Japan 2 years ago with a working holiday visa and loved it. Then I went back to my country and now life is bringing me back to Japan. I married a Japanese woman that I met in Spain and we have decided to go back to Japan. I just got my bachelor's in business ( I started late) and I have 2 years of work experience in B2C car services sales and 1 year work experience in Japan as English teacher. I wanted to ask how can I get my career going in Japan. I know it's not good to move to Japan without specialized work experience or japanese skills but life is making me move there. My wife got an amazing job offer and she also always wanted to move back. I always thought I would transition to b2b sales after I finished uni but looks like I won't be able to do that cause I will go to Japan soon.
I don't speak japanese in a fluent level, I can maybe speak on an n3 level. I never tried the tests. I don't have any other relevant experiences besides b2c sales, but even then it would be hard to transition to b2b without japanese. I am fluent in 4 other languages.
Fortunately, my wife's job is good enough that she can support both of us for a while, while I study japanese, but I am afraid by the time I'm fluent I'll be too old for the job market.
What are my options? How can I start my career in Japan?
I was always interested in sales, anyone can give me some advice in this field.
