After 2 years living in Kyoto, this is the first time I see this much snow.
I've always wanted to take pictures of Kinkakuji covered in snow and could finally do it, so I am very happy with the weather today.

I was at Kinkakuji too but sadly a few hours later than you were. Most of the snow was already gone even though it just started to snow again.
Not as pretty as yours but the view was still amazing
