I (25m) am working as a software developer in an MNC in India. I am expecting a job offer soon for an internal job switch to tokyo, with a promotion.
If I am getting INR 24LPA currently, what should be my salary in tokyo to get a better lifestyle and more savings?
Also, i am ready to switch companies after a year if offered salary is not good. Is it difficult/easy to find a job in good tech companies in Japan that can give a better compensation?
