hi everyone !! i’ll be studying abroad in kyoto this upcoming april, and will be celebrating my 21st birthday while there. i was wondering if anyone knew of any bakeries that make cute, affordable custom cakes ? for reference, i’ll be studying at Doshisha University, but living around the Kitano area so as long as it isn’t too far i’m fine with anything. i attached a photo of what i’m looking for but as long as they’re able to get a basic heart shape and add a photo on there i’m fine with that !

I don’t know of any personally but you could try searching for オーダーケーキ “order made cake” . Custom cakes aren’t as common here, so it might take some digging to find.
