How valued are MBAs in Japan?

So, my situation is this:

21 years old who's in the last year of his Bachelor's Degree in Law in a southern Europe country, want to move to some country and Japan is an option. If I was smart I would probably move to Norway or Switzerland but because I was an exchange student for some time in Japan and really enjoyed everything, I want to give it a try.

My plan is to go with a working holiday visa, and there, improve my Japanese to a N2 level doing baito (currently N3), and after some months find a job as a full time employee in some Sales / Marketing / etc job. My questions are two:

First: How viable do u guys see this, given that I have no experience and that I wouldn't live in Tokyo but in other city like Kobe or Fukuoka.

And the second, I have a chance to do a 1 years Masters degree in business administration in my home country, I was wondering if having it would really make a difference in Japan, I'm really sick of studying at this point and want to work asap but studying for 1 more year is an option if it'd garantee me a significantly higher salary or something. I thought maybe it's convenient for the permanent visa as a high skill proffesional, but I don't think I'd reach the points anyway.
