Hello!
I’m looking to move abroad to Japan from the USA. It’s always been a dream of mine to move abroad.
I currently am working through my masters degree while I work full time, which means it’ll be around 3 years-ish before I complete my studies.
I think this is a good timeframe to dedicate to learning Japanese as well! I took some in high school and have been trying to keep in touch with it. Goal is N3-N2 level!
I have enough savings / could rent out my condo for passive income to sustain myself for a little while in Japan, but the USA doesn’t have a working holiday visa so that sucks, and so I think I want to try to get a worker or HSFP visa. (I’m not too sure about HSFP, in particular, I’ve worked on several publications at my university during my undergrad/graduate but idk if they count towards the 3 lol).
Overall, I wanted to ask if there were opportunities in supply chain/data analytics or even consulting where my English could be a good asset? Any info / success stories is appreciated 😀
