Pet peeves of Japanese English

Try as I might I never got students to stop saying these phrases.

The first is ‘one more please’ when they want me to repeat something. I know it’s a direct translation of Japanese but it sounds so wrong, like you’re ordering fruit at the grocery.

The other is ending presentations with ‘that’s all.’ It sounds so weak and feeble and like they just don’t give a shit. End with finality. Thank you for listening is ok but I’d much rather they just end with a strong sense of conclusion.
