When an employer is providing a job sponsorship and certificate of eligibility, is there any requirements on the person being offered the job and why they’re getting the job offer?
I know they’ll need a degree or a certain number of years experience.
Just curious about this – do employers need to hire “the best” person for a job?
Can someone sponsor a friend as an employee?
Can someone be sponsored for a low skilled job to come to Japan as long as they have sponsorship?
Does the person being sponsored need to currently be in employment in their home country? Do they need to have a certain amount of money in their bank?
