Does Kyoto have markets like Tsukiji/Toyosu or Kizu for dried goods

Nishiki is NOT the answer, as there are more dining and restaurants than foodstuff/ingredient shops.

More specifically, I’m looking for 500g-1kg (so bulk-ish purchase) dried wakame/hijiki that is produced in Japan – most found in grocery stores are from China, some from Korea, and almost all the Japanese ones are small packs (under 100g).
