Is Master’s needed for me to find work in Japan?

We’ve just visited Japan again as a tourist, and every time I visit, it makes me want to move to Japan even more!

So, I’d just want to ask where can I find jobs related to my field that require little to no Japanese? For context, I’m a Filipino who’s currently a Tax Manager at a US-based firm with almost 2 years in the company, and 5 years total if you count my other experience (in a bank and as a college instructor). I have two bachelor’s degrees, one in Accounting Tech and Accountancy, and I’ve also gone through TAG-AIMS in a National University in Japan for one semester.

I’ve tried applying as a fresh graduate during the pandemic (2020), but obviously I lacked the experience back then. But now, would I have a chance, and if so, where can I start looking for companies that might be willing to sponsor me? Or should I try getting a Master’s degree at a Japanese University?

I’m more of an amateur in Japanese, and I can by when we’re lost/asking for directions. Though I think at my level I can pass N5 with just a few more months of studying. I’ve seen a job posting for a Tax Staff at Rakuten and applied for it.

I’m not desperate to move to Japan NOW, since I’m already earning 4-5M Yen annually if you convert my salary, but knowing where to look, and which skills/qualifications I’d need to work on would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
