If my Guarantor is my school what do I put for Birthdate?

Hi. Same as title, but I put my principal as my guarantor/inviter but my school didn’t give me their birthdate and I can’t find it anywhere? I’ve tried calling my consulate but i’m left on voicemail every single time. Thank you!
