Is the vision correction surgery common in Japan?

Hi guys.

I'm Korean and I recently talked about how vision correction surgery is common in Korea with my friends.

I thought that there is a similar trends in other East Asia countries, but one of my freinds(he is also korean) said that it is not common in Japan as he knows.

After the conversation, I became curious about a few things:

1. Is it common surgery in Japan? (If so, how much?)
2. How much the costs normally? (maybe for LASIK, LASEK, or SMILE LASIK?)
