Hi, I'm half-Japanese, and recently, I felt led by the Lord to finally search for my father in Japan and build a life there with my Filipina mother. Unfortunately, I only have a photo of him, along with his name and the city he once lived in. My birth certificate does not list my biological father.

Is there any way I can find him or get assistance in my search?
