Is Yodogawa-Ku a good place to live?

Specifically, by Mikuni Station or Kanzakigawa station.

I live alone, no partner. So I’m just wanting something which has a good social life, gym etc and not too expensive. Thanks

Edit: when I say good social life, I guess I mean there are like izakaya and stuff
