I work for a global company with operations in Japan, and we’re currently looking to hire Japanese nationals who’ve studied abroad and are now planning to return to Japan to begin or grow their careers.
We’re especially interested in people who are bilingual (Japanese & English), open to being trained in relevant skillsets, and are looking for long-term roles in international teams.
Are there any forums, online communities, or platforms where such returnee students (帰国子女) or recent graduates hang out or look for job opportunities? Would really appreciate any leads or suggestions — happy to share more details if it helps!

This seems like the type of relationship you would want to foster with the students’ respective universities.
This also doesn’t really have anything to do with ‘moving to Japan’ so may be better posted in /r/japanjobs but even that will have very few Japanese nationals, if any.
