What are the stereotypes mainlanders have about Okinawa and vice versa?

1. In general:

   Mainlanders see Okinawan’s as poor and less sophisticated.

   Okinawan’s see mainlanders as “cold” / not very friendly.

2. The “mainland” people I have worked with always talk about how slow Okinawans are and how they are always late to everything.
