How does Shops in Kakaku work compared to Bic Camera or Yodobashi Camera

So basically im looking to buy Sony a6400
Price on Bic camera is 175k while kakaku shoes price from 140k to 175k.
Do they price match for big difference as much as this or are those stores in Kakaku just bunch of scams.
