As a dog person I made a personal observation (sorry for the click bait title): way too many dogs wear clothes in Japan. Don't matter which size or race.
Why is that and how to help and inform the Japanese people that it's bad for their dogs and a kind of animal abuse?
Edit: I just learned that japanese people don't care about animals lifes in a civilized way generally. Man, it hurts. Sad story.
