Advice from a Japanese person needed!

Hello r/japanese!

I am looking for a traditional japanese gift to give to my boss. He is leaving for a new job at a japanese restaurant. I tried googling traditional japanese gifts for new job but didn't have any luck.
I would like to get him something somewhat nice maybe $100-150 usd
