Statement of Physician Omission

I was diagnosed with prediabetic and fatty liver a year ago to a hospital that misdiagnosed my dengue to a “low electrolytes” (same month), since I moved to a different hospital, I decided not to put it in my self report and just the dengue.
Can someone help me what should I do? Thank you:)
