Linked below. The internals of my passport are perfectly but the side got torn a bit. I’m going to give my passport up to the consulate soon to give my visa stamp. I’m wondering if this is acceptable damage both from a U.S. consulate perspective and also at immigration once I actually enter Japan? If it’s not absolutely necessary I’d rather not risk a passport renewal now that I’m going to move so soon.
