3-month course reccomendations?

I'm currently torn between a couple of options for schools.

There's ISI (Kyoto/Nagano) which at first seemed promising, but I've been coming across some opposing reviews. The main complaints are the fast pace (which is subjective), the focus on the JLPT as opposed to speaking (which can be fine if you spend enough time speaking to locals on your free time) the class sizes (15-25 students, pretty big), and the fact that the teachers are switched every couple of days (sounds horrible to me, but apparently it's like that in most schools).

Also, my one hard line in regards to lodgings is private showers, which in the Nagano campus is simply not an option, and in the Kyoto campus raises the price considerably (around 100,000 yen more for the three months).

I've considered Yamasa (Fukuoka), since a friend of mine went there and highly reccomended it. The downsides are the placement (super far from many of the places I want to visit) and the price (357,000¥, one of the most expensive courses I came across). Good class sizes though (6-10 students usually), and I've been told that the course is super thorough and the teachers are very good.
Kyoto Minsai also sounds very interesting, with good class sizes and a lot of cultural activities, but I haven't been able to find many reviews for it.

I've checked out KICL and Shibuya Gaigo as well.

Does anyone have reccomendations? Reasonably priced if possible.

Edit: formatting. I don't post here a lot…
