"I came on a working visa last year and applied for my wife's spouse visa in mid-February, but I still haven't received the Certificate of Eligibility (COE). If I apply for a short-term family visit visa for her now, can we change it to a spouse visa later once I get the COE (hopefully by the end of this month)? I am currently in my home country and would prefer to travel back with my wife rather than alone. Is this possible?"
